Pramod focuses on biomechanical assessment to assess your body in great depth to reach the core of the problem and develop a treatment program to correct or eradicate the cause. Stephanie is a physiotherapist originally from Shediac, New Brunswick. Nova Scotia has been her second home since 2013 where she completed studies in both French and English, including a BSc in Kinesiology and a Masters in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University. Stephanie coaches volleyball with young athletes in the HRM, and provides them with injury prevention and recovery. In her spare time, she loves to take her two dogs out for walks and adventures.
